目前我正在协助朱合华教授作为执行主编的国际期刊Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering（结构与土木工程前沿，FSCE），欢迎投稿。
We would like to invite you to submit your research articles, reviews or letters to the international journal, Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering (FSCE). The journal is sponsored by the Ministry of Education of China and jointly published by Higher Education Press of China and Springer on a quarterly basis in English.

The name of this journal at present is Frontiers of Architecture and Civil Engineering in China and from January, 2012 it will be changed to Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering. FSCE operates an online submission and peer review system that allows authors to submit articles online and track their progress via a web interface.

FSCE publishes peer-reviewed academic papers and aims to promote rapid communication researchers and engineers of the latest advances in the field of civil engineering. The topic coverage includes, but is not limited to Structural engineering; Geotechnical engineering; Bridge construction; Traffic and transportation; Hydraulics; Hydrologic engineering; Port, coast and ocean engineering; Hazard mitigation and resistance; Engineering mechanics.
Submissions are now invited for the second issue published in June 2012. Noting the deadline for manuscript submission for the second issue 2012 is January 16, 2012.
